Canon new digital SLR camera with "old" Canon film camera lens? - new canon lens

I think the purchase of the Canon EOS Rebel XS SLR, even if I have the Canon "old" film (E1) and 3 of the camera lens: 50 mm, zoom and Len Len medium telephoto lens.

Can these three old film camera lens with the new digital camera and, if so, len which features of the camera or I lose, if at all?
