Does a low carb diet lower the amount of good bacteria in your gut? - low carb effect on stool
If I have a diet that will go low in carbohydrates reduce the amount of good bacteria in the stomach?
Also, if I probiotics them in the stomach in a low-carb diet or probiotics, not on a benefit, when I am on a diet low in carbohydrates to supply to survive?
Thank you.

No, a carbohydrate "low" food does not destroy the good bacteria in the gut when you eat too much cheese. Probiotics are a good idea. In addition, "low carb" diet is not a good idea. It is better to eat lots of refined carbohydrates such as fruits and vegetables for fiber. When you eat protein and fat is not only good for the kidneys, esp. long term. Dr. Atkins, the popular low-carbohydrate diet died of a heart attack after all.
