I have heard that if you can pay enough money, you deleted files from hard disk. I had a Toshiba and the CD factory to factory settings on my team again had problems (crash at startup, crash, etc..) I thought that files copied to the Seagate external hard drive, but it was actually a backup drive C:, so that during cleaning, the backup will be cleaned as well. I have a new laptop, there is no way I can restore old files even if you restore the CD? If the salary is high enough to hear?
